(1) Must: at least 3 days prior to the first participation in each activity in a calendar year, a submission form containing an NRC 241 form, a “report on activities contemplated in non-party countries,” a copy of its contract-compliant licence and the corresponding fee under Section 170.31 of this chapter with the regional administrator of the regional office of the U.S. Nuclear Supervisory Authority , listed on form NRC 241 and in Appendix D of Part 20 of this chapter for the region in which the contracting state that issued the licence is located.
